Provides fully subsidized annual transit pass to those enrolled in certain state benefit programs to be used on - King County Metro - King County Water Taxi - Access Transportation - Via to Transit - Sound Transit - Seattle Monorail - Seattle Streetcar - Trailhead Direct Provides partially subsidized annual passes (ORCA Lift) to low-income area residents. The subsidized annual pass will cover all trips from Metro to Metro, from Sound Transit to Sound Transit, and from Metro to/from Sound Transit. If a customer uses their subsidized ORCA LIFT card to pay for travel on Community Transit, Pierce Transit, Kitsap Transit, or Everett Transit, standard transfer rules apply for transfers within and between those transit agencies.

(Does not serve Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, Darrington).   ALL SERVICES ARE DEPENDENT UPON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING AT THE TIME OF THE REQUEST.  Offers clothing, furniture/beds, household items, food, rent/utilities assistance, prescription medication assistance, and other expenses on a case-by-case basis. Callers are referred to the St. Vincent de Paul volunteers in their area who may do a home visit to determine need.  Financial services are provided through a vouchering system.  Not all services are offered in all areas.

May be able to provides homeless families and students, including unaccompanied youth, the following services:   *Assistance with school registration, even if the family or student is missing documentation such as birth certificate and immunization records. *Automatic free lunch and breakfast if available, without the need to fill out that particular form. *Assistance with keeping the student in the same school, even after moving, sometimes even if the move is to another school district. *Assistance with transportation to and from school in the form of school buses, gas vouchers, or city bus passes. *Free school supplies if needed. *Free school clothes if needed. *Referrals to other services as needed. These services continue through the end of the school year in which homelessness ends.

Accepts ORCA LIFT adult fare payment on Pierce Transit bus and Runner services. Offers a reduced adult fare program that is offered to individuals that meet the eligibility requirements up to or equal to 200% of the current Federal Poverty Level Guidelines. Those who qualify will be able to pay $1 per one-way trip on the following transit agencies’ services: - Sound Transit Services such as ST Express, Link Light Rail, Sounder Commuter Rail - King County Metro Buses, Seattle Streetcar - Kitsap Transit buses - Everett Transit buses and - Pierce Transit buses and Runner services. An ORCA LIFT card lasts for two years, and then the rider will need to renew by reapplying for the card.

Housing and Essential Needs (HEN) may provide non-cash housing and other assistance for recipients of DSHS Medical Care Services (MCS).  Housing and Essential Needs Grant Funds Grant funds can only be used to support HEN eligible clients that qualify as homeless or at-risk of homelessness.  Allowable financial assistance for housing may include monthly rent, overdue rent, security deposit, and service animal deposits.  Utilities assistance is limited to electricity, natural gas, sewer, water, garbage, and utility deposits.  Essential Needs Essential Needs assistance includes help with obtaining personal health and hygiene items (such as toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper), cleaning supplies (such as laundry and dish soap), and bus passes.  Assistance cannot be provided through gift cards, vouchers, or certificates.  All HEN clients are eligible to receive essential needs assistance.

Helps community members with short-term, emergency assistance. Offers utility assistance which helps with gas, electric and water bills as well as Puget Sound Energy bills. Can also help with partial rental payments, clothing and household items and laundry vouchers. Provides transportation assistance by providing bus passes, gas vouchers and helping with car repairs.

Fishline's Comprehensive Services Center offers various support programs offered through on-site partner agencies. These services include housing assistance through the Kitsap County Housing and Essential Needs Program, which provides rental assistance, security deposits, and essential needs like hygiene items. The Kitsap Division of Aging and Long Term Care offers resources for older adults and adults with disabilities. The Housing Solutions Center provides housing assistance, including shelters and rental aid. NAMI Kitsap offers mental health support groups, while Peninsula Community Health Services provides dental care on a sliding scale. Additionally, Soundworks Job Center helps low-income and homeless individuals, as well as veterans, find employment.

Offers a variety of resources to help connect, provide, or work one-on-one to access items like basic utility support, limited rental assistance (City of Monroe and City of Snohomish only) transportation resources, employment, legal, and more. Offers financial assistance to cancer patients in urgent need who are within a three-month window of treatment. Cancer patients may be eligible for a one-time grant of up to $450 to help with expenses including the following: -  Rent/mortgage -  Utilities -  Food -  Transportation -  Dental care -  Childcare -  Medical supplies - Prescription copays Financial assistance may take up to two to three months, so program is not able to assist with immediate shut-off or eviction notices.  

Provides financial assistance to help veterans with housing, employment and medical expenses as well as life stability. Financial assistance is provided as part of a client's service plan. - Financial assistance for housing expenses (e. g. , rent, mortgage), eviction prevention, move-in expenses, transitional housing and shelter expenses. - Financial assistance for medical expenses, medical aids/equipment and prescriptions.

Provides small (one-time) amounts of financial help for food voucher, gas voucher, and bus fare. Other resources should be tried first. Sacred Heart Church staff refers the applicant to St. Vincent de Paul volunteer and the volunteer in turn gets in touch with the applicant, which takes 24-48 hours.

Provides financial assistance with basic needs once a year. Services include eviction-prevention rent assistance, shut-off prevention of water and electric bills, prescription expenses, and in-state bus fare for emergencies.
