Fees
There is no cost for the first card. Replacement cards (if it's lost, stolen or damaged) are $3. Reload the ORCA LIFT card with e-Purse value or a transit pass at any ORCA card vending machine. If there is not enough money on the card to cover the next trip, the ORCA LIFT card will allow a rider to travel with a negative balance of up to -$2.75. Riders will be required to pay with their next ORCA reload.

Description
Accepts ORCA LIFT adult fare payment on Pierce Transit bus and Runner services. Offers a reduced adult fare program that is offered to individuals that meet the eligibility requirements up to or equal to 200% of the current Federal Poverty Level Guidelines. Those who qualify will be able to pay $1 per one-way trip on the following transit agencies’ services: - Sound Transit Services such as ST Express, Link Light Rail, Sounder Commuter Rail - King County Metro Buses, Seattle Streetcar - Kitsap Transit buses - Everett Transit buses and - Pierce Transit buses and Runner services. An ORCA LIFT card lasts for two years, and then the rider will need to renew by reapplying for the card.
