Offers free early childhood education and development program that serves low-income children, children with disabilities and/or foster children who are under age 5. Head Start is in session 4 half days per week, and programs operate September through May.

Serves as an independent advocate for abused/neglected children birth to 18 years involved in a dependency action. Volunteers are appointed by the court to investigate, gather information, provide written reports, and make recommendations regarding the child's best interest; volunteers are recruited, trained, and supported by staff.

Provides a primary prevention program for sexual assault, violence, and crimes. Also provides community presentations, which are offered in an age appropriate manner and are directed toward the prevention of sexual violence.

Provides free public education services for students in grades K through 12th living in Prosser, Whitstran, and Paterson.

Offers assistance to parents of children who: - Are absent from home for more than 72 consecutive hours without consent of his/her parent(s)/guardian(s); or - Are beyond the control of his/her parent(s)/guardian(s) such that the child's behavior substantially endangers the health, safety, or welfare of the child or another person; or - Have a serious substance abuse problem for which there are no pending charges related to substance abuse.

Provides Early Intervention services to infants and toddler with developmental delays in the following areas: social-emotional, communication, motor, cognitive and self help.
