The PNA is a non-profit serving NW Seattle fostering an environment where everyone belongs. The Phinney Center is a is a site of many events and also offers rooms to rent "on the hour, by the hour" and set-up with clean-up time is included in the rental time.  Also manages rentals at the Greenwood Senior Center. Tables and chairs are available for most rooms. Rental rates vary based on the size and amenities of each room.

Computer learning center provides assistance with homework and works to expand the awareness of educational resources. Computer lab has computer hardware and software classes to develop workforce training and career development skills.

Loans library materials, including:   -  Books and magazines -  Newspapers -  CDs, DVDs and videos -  Books on CD,  and other materials -  Mobile Wi-Fi hotspots.   Provides public access to a variety of computer resources, including:   -  Internet -  Word processing -  Printers -  Searchable online databases   Offers story times, children's programming, teen activities and adult book discussion groups among its many services.   Among all locations of The Seattle Public Library, 400 programs are offered per month, as publicized on the Library website calendar.   Delivers reading materials to:   -  Nursing homes and retirement homes -  Facilities for children and adults with mental, physical or emotional disabilities -  Day care centers -  Senior centers   Home service is set up on a regularly-scheduled basis for homebound individuals with an illness of six months duration or longer.   Books-by-mail service is available for people who meet the criteria for home service. Operates a senior center that offers community dining, crafts, health services, and recreation activities. - Congregate dining: provides a congregate daily lunch for seniors, soup and sandwich on M-W, and a dinner club every third Th. - Health services: offers blood pressure checks, blood sugar testing, fitness classes, Zumba classes, Pilates, and driver refresher courses. - Recreation activities: billiards/pool, bridge, cribbage, line dancing, pinochle, crafts, computer lab, among others.

Coordinates a variety of programs to educate and develop youth and their skills.   - Power Hour: A homework help and tutoring program which offers separate sessions for grades 1-6 and 7-12.   - BE GREAT Graduate: Program for high school students. Provides 1:1 mentoring to those enrolled, assisting them on getting their homework finished on time, tracking grades for each of their classes, addressing school absences, and assisting with college applications, etc. Partners with local high schools.   - Club Read: 2nd and 3rd graders who need assistance in learning to read are matched with teen reading coaches for an 8-week program that runs three times per year.   - Smart Kids: For grades 1-5; assists youth with developing skills and knowledge to avoid alcohol and other drugs.   Computer access and basic computer skills tutoring is available.
