In addition, Spokane Valley Community Advocates has a network of community members supporting those with emergent needs in their Responsive Emergency Aid Communication Tree (REACT) program.

Organizes community groups to create Safe Neighborhood groups through training and support. Provides services to the non-English speaking population by bringing resources as needed. Also serves those living on multi-family properties by providing training and information. Many trainings are offered at the main office, but trainings may also be provided at various locations.

Focuses on providing a community resource fair, as well as home repair projects and the opportunity for a neighborhood in a beautification project all while celebrating what's best about each neighborhood. Primary focus through 2026 are all areas of Lakewood and specifically the Monta Vista, Lakeview, Springbrook, and Tillicum-Woodbrook neighborhoods. Beautification projects are only offered in the focus neighborhood. Classes and resource events are open to all residents. Rebuilding a Healthy Neighborhood is about residents and volunteers strengthening neighborhoods.
