Certified peer workers offers support to men, women, and families impacted by substance misuse disorders, homelessness, housing, employment, PTSD and other mental health challenges. Offers support and services to those in recovery from substance/drug abuse, recovery services to obtain stabilization, supportive housing services and more. Offers peer services, recovery groups, veteran services, women’s group, meditation, acupuncture, 12-Step Meetings and drug court and community services, including all facets of social service resources. Assessment - a comprehensive, face-to-face diagnostic interview to identify areas of concern as described by the individual. We collect a social, behavioral, and mental health history, document the student's history of involvement with alcohol and other drugs, as well as any other health concerns. Assessment starts the development of an individualized service plan. Intervention - a formal response to behavioral health risks intended to increase understanding of chemical dependency and to identify and reduce risk factors associated with developing substance use disorder. Treatment - Outpatient services are are guided by an individualized, formal treatment plan and vary in intensity and duration. Services include individual, group, and/or family counseling. Continuing Care - Provides ongoing support, reinforcement, and case management for individuals who are attempting to maintain a recovery lifestyle and are at risk for relapse or other behavioral problems. Several locations offer mental health services in addition to substance use disorder services.

Provides bilingual substance use disorder treatment services: -  Drug and alcohol evaluations -  DUI assessments -  Deferred prosecution -  Relapse prevention -  Monthly monitoring -  Aftercare -  Intensive outpatient treatment -  Family counseling.

Aftercare (or continuing care) program is completed over a 26 week period, meeting for 1-1.5 hours per group. The continuing care groups provide the needed support and life skill development for those who have completed primary treatment experience.  The program consists of group therapy, individual therapy, relapse trigger recognition, stress coping strategies, management of change, and recovery stuck points.

The Partial Hospitalization Program is a Level II.5 outpatient program that provides focus on the special needs of adults who are ready to transition or step down from medically based inpatient care. Length of stay can range from days to a week with an average stay of 10 days. The program includes a noon lunch and treatment services from 8am-4:30pm. Service plans can be customized to best meet the needs of the individual.

Provides substance use disorder treatment for youth and adults, including DUI assessments, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, withdrawal management, and relapse prevention. Intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment services include 3 hour sessions, 4 days a week, for 6 weeks.

The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Victim Impact Panels Provides Victim Impact Panels throughout the year. Outpatient treatment is delivered in a group setting with individual counseling sessions.  Groups offered include those for substance use disorder, mental health disorder, co-occurring disorders and problem gambling disorder. Also has a specialty group for patients who have anxiety and/or depression. The group people participate in has specific treatment goals and meets on a regular schedule, and can take place during the day or evening.   The outpatient program is designed to provide additional support for those who have completed a specific phase of treatment or who need additional skills with relapse prevention. Can also provide brief screening and intervention.   Utilizes Biopsychosocial assessments that determine the level of impairment caused from substance use disorder.  Findings are used to develop an individualized plan.
