The Intensive Outpatient Program provides focus on the special needs of adults who are able to remain abstinent on an outpatient basis, but are in need of support. Intensive Outpatient is twelve weeks in length for 72 total hours of treatment time, followed with approximately 18 months of weekly aftercare and the remainder of the two-year requirement is completed with monthly monitoring. Intensive outpatient participants attend group three times per week for three hours each session. there are 4 individual sessions to be completed in the 12-week process. Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, services for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Mental Health Evaluations -programs that provide screening, diagnostic and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Included is a continuum of assessment services ranging from a comprehensive psychiatric or psychological evaluation to the administration of one or a combination of psychological tests to examine a particular personality variable. Services may be provided in a variety of settings including hospitals and community-based clinics. Co-occurring Groups - offers support groups for those who face co-occurring disorders. Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Assessment - a comprehensive, face-to-face diagnostic interview to identify areas of concern as described by the individual. We collect a social, behavioral, and mental health history, document the student's history of involvement with alcohol and other drugs, as well as any other health concerns. Assessment starts the development of an individualized service plan. Intervention - a formal response to behavioral health risks intended to increase understanding of chemical dependency and to identify and reduce risk factors associated with developing substance use disorder. Treatment - Outpatient services are are guided by an individualized, formal treatment plan and vary in intensity and duration. Services include individual, group, and/or family counseling. Continuing Care - Provides ongoing support, reinforcement, and case management for individuals who are attempting to maintain a recovery lifestyle and are at risk for relapse or other behavioral problems. Several locations offer mental health services in addition to substance use disorder services.   

Provides tribal members with full range of outpatient drug and alcohol assistance.  Services include youth drug/alcohol prevention program, assessments, coordinating treatment and aftercare.

Provides comprehensive outpatient services for individuals with substance use disorder and their families.   Consultation offers a free assessment with a counselor to determine eligibility for services.   Offers a 72-hour Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program consisting of Phases I and II.
