Provides outpatient behavioral Health and substance use services

Treatment begins with a 30-minute consultation session where a behavioral health provider will gather information about a problem and recommend brief interventions. This commonly occurs during an appointment with the primary care provider. Works with the patient to create an effective treatment plan that takes into account the patient's unique traditions and cultural practices. Helps the patient implement previous skills, learn new skills, and make changes to become well. If treatment requires medication, treatment team will either obtain recommendations from or refer to a specialist with advanced expertise. The behavioral health provider works jointly with patients, primary care providers and other health care team members to evaluate and treat any health concerns affected by behavior.

Offers a range of services to assist with the challenges of daily living and the effects of stress on mood, behavior, and mental health. Services provided include individual and group counseling, services for children 5 and under with Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychiatric services, medication management, and CRISIS care. Child, Adult & Family Counseling: offers counseling services to people of all ages (children, teens, adults, and seniors); provides individual counseling, couple counseling, family counseling, or group therapy; Wraparound With Intensive Services (WISe), which provides intensive wraparound mental health services to support the child and family. Provides primary care behavioral health services for children and adults. A team of health consultants use behavioral science to help patients develop a plan to improve their overall health, as well as to support them in living a meaningful life.
