6 programs serve 650+ students annually with glass art-related programming.
Programs are as follows:
- Daytime Electives, After-School, and Summer Glass Art, at Hilltop Heritage Middle School and Silas High School
- Arts Connect programming for females 12-18 involved with Pierce County Juvenile Court
- Outreach Services for any participating youth
- Team Production and Alumni Team for advanced students ages 14-26 who build skills and complete commissions. They participate in retreats at Pilchuck Glass School, lead demonstrations at the Museum of Glass during Third Thursdays and at a week-long residency, and may apply for international travel and learning opportunities

LevelUp Youth Academy offered at WAPI Community Services Federal Way
Operates an alcohol and drug-free music and art education program for low-income minority youth up to age 20.
LevelUp Youth Academy is an entire empowerment source for underserved youth from elementary school age students through age 20. It is a pro-social Music & Arts program with curricula infused with leadership, empowerment, entrepreneurship along with prevention/intervention.
All classes have a completely mobile component operating throughout King County but we also have fully-equipped recording studios in our Seattle and Federal Way offices accessible by car or public transportation. Students learn how to make beats, record rhymes, complete songs and fully produce performances.

Provides before- and after-school child care programs for children in grades K-8. Offers homework help, quiet activities, snacks, art projects, gym games, computer time and game room activities. Also offers a Pre-K program for ages 3-5.

A light breakfast and afternoon snack are offered daily. The after-school program combines children by grade with a trained counselor. Together they participate in age-appropriate activities and field trips. Vacation child care is available for winter, spring and summer breaks. Also offers a Pre-K program for youth ages 4-5, located at the main Ballard Boys & Girls Club location. Clients are transported to and from school in conjunction with before- and after-school care; transportation is also provided for field trips.
