ACT offers rehabilitation and support services to adults experiencing severe and persistent psychosis. During the screening process, our ACT team will determine which model of care best meets the individual's needs. We offer two models of care under the ACT umbrella: Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) and Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT). Regardless of the model of care, our full team of experts is available to provide individualized support. This team can support career and learning goals, offer peer support and mentorship, provide access to preventive healthcare, help develop healthy lifestyle choices, coordinate with medical services, and provide medication treatment and education.

Current and new patients welcome!    Walk-In Clinics are available at our Everett, Harbour Pointe, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Mill Creek, Silver Lake, Smokey Point, Snohomish and Stanwood locations. Most of our Walk-In Clinics are open seven days a week and weekday evenings, with select locations (Harbour Pointe, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek and Smokey Point) offering extended weekend hours as well. Wait times are posted online and updated regularly.

The Dungeness Valley Health and Wellness Clinic is a place where professional health care volunteers provide affordable, quality, compassionate basic medical care to the uninsured and underinsured in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley.  Services include basic care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses, prescription writing, assistance with the PAP process for higher cost medicine from drug companies.  Other services not provided are referred to medical specialists, dentists, labs and x-ray services.
