Offers quality low-cost care for children and adults. Services include physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments, mental health counseling, pharmacy, and health education and promotion activities. Offers annual wellness to help prevent disease, identify problems before they become serious and help patients learn to understand their own bodies. Wellness Care -  Physical exam -  Pregnancy test -  Pregnancy options counseling -  Screening for breast cancer, cervical cancer, and ovarian cancer -  Screening for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) -  Treatment for vaginal infections, bladder infection and sexually transmitted infections   Birth Control -  Provides birth control education. -  Offers all forms of birth control including diaphragms, IUDs, the three month shot, the patch, oral contraceptives, emergency contraception, and vasectomy. -  Helps low-income people apply for WA Apple Health (Medicaid). Most qualify for free or low-cost birth control through Title X and family planning funding.   Special Services -  Provides compassionate treatment and support during a miscarriage. Treatment options include "wait and see," taking medication and vacuum aspiration.   -  Offers donor insemination, both intracervical and intrauterine, with fresh or frozen sperm. Visits are personalized to meet individual needs.

Assists women in completing the necessary paperwork to apply for First Steps which cover the medical costs of pregnancy and delivery. Provides information on pregnancy, adoption, parenting, and abortion procedures when requested.

Service is provided for low income people and people who are uninsured or underinsured. No one is denied care due to inability to pay.

Provides cervical cancer (pap smear and HPV test), breast cancer and testicular cancer exams and other physical exams relating to reproductive health. Provides pregnancy tests as well as pregnancy options counseling, which includes information about parenting, adoption, and abortion. Tests for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV. Provides PrEP services.  PrEP is a daily medication that is highly effective at preventing HIV. Provides DoxyPEP, a medication to prevent gonorrhea, chlamydia and syphilis after unprotected sex. A faith-based organization that provides free information and referrals to those experiencing unplanned pregnancies. Services include pregnancy testing, pro-life counseling, parenting support, and community referrals. Does not recommend or refer to abortion services.

Maternity Care - Provides routine and high-risk pregnancy care - Includes prenatal care and delivery at a local hospital. Maternity Support Services - MSS/Infant Case Management - ICM Households using Apple Health may also qualify for: - Referrals to community programs and services - Pregnancy and infant care education - Assistance with finding housing, employment, clothing, furniture, transportation - Assistance with finding financial assistance. - for those eligible, support services continue until the baby's first birthday. May also provide information on Safe Sleep and access to cribs to those receiving ICM services.

Services provided are pregnancy testing, prenatal care, delivery and postnatal care, obstetrical ultrasound, pap tests, general gynecological services, prenatal education, family planning education, and newborn exams.

Provides services to teenagers or women who are pregnant and parent/caregivers of children birth-5 years of age by addressing basic needs. Offers counseling to girls or women facing an unplanned pregnancy, including: pregnancy testing; intake and assessment; volunteer mentors for moms and dads; parent support services; support groups and classes for parents and families; rapid response and referrals for urgent needs like food, formula, diapers and clothing; and adoption support and referrals.

Offers women's health care, including gynecology, pregnancy care, infertility, and hormone therapy. Also assists with obstetrics and delivery, menopause treatment, bio-identical hormone therapy, female bladder problems (urogynecology).

Offers a 24-hour, 7 day a week helpline. Provides free pregnancy testing, pregnancy options education, abortion recovery support, and referrals. Parenting support through parenting education and material support help at the medical centers. Men's programs available.

Offers lab testing, medications and point of service testing such as basic urinalysis, blood glucose, strep throat testing, blood pressure screening, and pregnancy testing. Immunizations for seasonal flu and Tdap (tetanus, whooping cough) are also available.

Physical examination including pap smears and pelvic exams; education on all FDA approved contraceptive methods; counseling on risk reduction; and contraception for men and women who wish to avoid unintended pregnancy. Pregnancy testing and emergency contraception also available.  Information and application assistance for Family Planning only, a state and federally funded (Medicaid) program providing family planning services (including free birth control) to women and men in Washington state. Minors that do not want their parents to know they are using birth control may apply for Family Planning Only.  Their parents' insurance will not be billed. We also provide services on a sliding fee scale.
