Enhance Fitness Program is a program of Senior Wellness Project of Sound Generations and is offered primarily at senior centers throughout King County.

Components of the class include strength training with wrist and ankle weights and aerobics, balance and stretching. EnhanceWellness Program A comprehensive participant centered health behavior change program, which includes assessment of health status, personal guidance to improve health, and ongoing support to choose a healthier lifestyle. A Registered Nurse and Social Worker work with participants on issues they have chosen to address. Trained volunteers, called health mentors, assist participants, as requested, in achieving their desired health goals.
