In-home care services provide consumers on-going assistance with activities of daily living, which may include services like: bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping, errands/transportation, and medication reminders.
These supportive services can be arranged for any frequency of time, from one to twenty-four hours of care daily, or on a respite or temporary basis. Addus works with clients, their families and other relevant health care providers to customize care plans, designed to keep individuals safe, healthy and independent at home.
These services are funded through a variety of sources, including: Medicaid waiver programs, long-term care insurance, veterans benefits, private pay, and other location-specific social service programs.
