Pre-operative clinic helps clients to understand what to expect.   Rehabilitation Services: Provides subacute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for the transitional period between acute hospital care and home. Offers acute rehabilitation program for more intense rehabilitation needs. Patient Advocate: The patient representative serves as liaison between patients and the hospital. They act on a patient's behalf with administration or any department or service and recommends alternatives in order to improve service to patients.
