Advocates for and supports Native women during emergencies. Services include the following: - Emergency transportation for victims of domestic violence - Safety Planning - Public benefit application assistance - Advocacy with Indian Child Welfare, Domestic Violence Court, Tribal Courts. - Flexible financial assistance.

Clinic staff offers advice-only services with respect to document review, criminal and civil litigation advice, probate matters, family law matters, explanation of the scope of Tribal Court jurisdiction, assistance with access to Tribal Court, and other routine matters.   Appointments usually last one hour.

Operates legal clinics providing free 30 minute consultations with an attorney. Focus is on Korean and Korean-speaking clients. Clinic attorneys can: -  Determine whether the client has a legal problem -  Suggest possible options -  Help answer papers, summons and requests -  Provide appropriate referrals   Neighborhood legal clinic attorneys may not have expertise in all areas of the law, but they will make every attempt to answer questions accurately. Provides legal advice, representation and counseling to low-income community members. Offers representation, advice and counseling without charge to low-income older adults. Assists low-income taxpayers with Federal tax problems before the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Tax Court. Represents members of the Kalispel Tribe in civil and misdemeanor criminal matters. Represents and counsels low-income individuals and families on immigration law matters, including family reunification, humanitarian protection, and citizenship advocacy. Represents and counsels LGBTQ+ community members.

Chinese Information and Service Center, Asian Bar Association of Washington, and Asian Counseling and Referral Service partner with the King County Bar Association to provide a free legal clinic. Pro bono attorneys work with staff and volunteer interpreters to give consultation and legal advice around family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, and other areas. The Police Department currently employs five Tribal members among nine officers. The department is committed to professionalism through training and is the State Training Coordinator agency for the Clallam and Jefferson County region. The agency prides itself on its dedication to youth and the reduction of fear and personal violence in the Tribal Community. A primary focus of the Tribe is the prevention and intervention of domestic violence. Please contact Chief Sam White for further information.

Provides general legal aid. Assistance types may include criminal record expungement, eviction prevention, family law, tribal law, protection orders, guardianship, wills, and tenancy issues. Issues must have occurred within the stated service area. A client agreement must be completed prior to receiving legal assistance.

We are located on the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State. Our Native American reservation is in the town of Neah Bay and includes the most northwest point of the continental United States. Across the Strait of Juan de Fuca you can see Vancouver Island in Canada. Near our village, we have Cape Flattery, Shi Shi, and miles of beach.

Hosts a legal clinic specifically designed to address the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. This clinic is run by QLaw Foundation in partnership with the King County Bar Association. The clinic is open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. At the clinic, an attorney will meet with clients for 30 minutes and provide individualized legal advice and information. Clinic attorneys will answer questions and provide information in a variety of areas including family law, immigration, debt and bankruptcy, divorce/dissolution, employment discrimination, and transgender legal issues.
