Chinese Information and Service Center, Asian Bar Association of Washington, and Asian Counseling and Referral Service partner with the King County Bar Association to provide a free legal clinic. Pro bono attorneys work with staff and volunteer interpreters to give consultation and legal advice around family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, and other areas. As of 9/2024, most consults are virtual but in-person appointments may be available if needed (more information provided to clients during intake phone call). Call (206) 957-8544 for an appointment. An extension of services that provides a place for law enforcement to conduct forensic, recorded interviews with children who have been assaulted, sexually abused, or neglected to help reduce the trauma to the child.

Offers child sexual abuse prevention and treatment in a child-friendly, safe environment that promotes healing for children who have been abused. Provides support and group therapy for parents or caregivers of abused children as well as the children themselves. Refers to additional community resources. Center is nationally accredited.

The Tulalip Children's Advocacy Center serves children who are victims of sexual abuse and victims of severe physical abuse. Our goal is to prevent trauma to the victim in the process of investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases. We do this, in part, by case coordination among all the agencies involved in the case. Educate and train about child abuse; Utilize a team approach to serve each child victim and non-offending family members; Utilize a team approach for decision making among all professionals; Provide regular case coordination with police agencies; Provide specialized, professional child forensic interviewing; Assist with referrals for medical examinations sensitive to a child’s needs; Arrange transportation to appointments during an investigation; Serve as the point of contact for family as criminal cases progress; Maintain consistent case tracking and monitoring; Provide victim advocacy including court tours and preparation for trial; Follow mandated reporter training Identify areas for child abuse training.

Provides interviews of suspected victims of child abuse, medical evaluations, mental health treatment referrals, and also coordinates other ancillary victim services. Also offers community prevention trainings.

Hosts a legal clinic specifically designed to address the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. This clinic is run by QLaw Foundation in partnership with the King County Bar Association. The clinic is open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. At the clinic, an attorney will meet with clients for 30 minutes and provide individualized legal advice and information. Clinic attorneys will answer questions and provide information in a variety of areas including family law, immigration, debt and bankruptcy, divorce/dissolution, employment discrimination, and transgender legal issues.

Operates legal clinics providing free 30 minute consultations with an attorney. Focus is on Korean and Korean-speaking clients. Clinic attorneys can: -  Determine whether the client has a legal problem -  Suggest possible options -  Help answer papers, summons and requests -  Provide appropriate referrals   Neighborhood legal clinic attorneys may not have expertise in all areas of the law, but they will make every attempt to answer questions accurately. Attorneys CANNOT give advice on criminal legal issues or provide representation on any legal matters.

Assists children with dependency issues that are either living with a relative or guardian when they have been removed from a home with domestic violence, abuse, neglect, and other issues. Serving as advocates for children facing abuse and neglect in family court, present reports and recommendations regarding the child's well-being to the court.
