Self-Defense and Martial Arts Instruction offered at Feminist Karate Union
Teaches karate for self-defense and martial arts knowledge for women and children. Check website for class information.
Instructs in traditional Shito-Ryu Karate, including self-defense information and techniques. Instructors work with students at the individual's level within a mixed level class. Instruction is available for those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing. Up to 20 students maximum per class.
