Korean Legal Clinic offered by King County Bar Association Neighborhood Legal Clinics at Korean Community Services Center
Attorneys work with interpreters to give consultation and legal advice on family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law and other areas. Call for an appointment. Focuses on serving limited English-speaking Koreans.

Taxpayer Advocate Services offered by Internal Revenue Service in Seattle
Assists taxpayers who have an immediate financial hardship that would be alleviated by expediting an anticipated refund; also helps with tax problems that remain unresolved after previous contacts with the IRS.
You can also call the Taxpayer Advocate Service toll-free at 877-777-4778, or fill out Form 911, Request for Taxpayer Advocate Service Assistance PDF, and fax or mail it to the address provided.
Operates as an independent organization within the IRS and ensures that every taxpayer is treated fairly and knows and understand their rights as a taxpayer.
Helps if taxpayers can't resolve their problem with the IRS and:
- The problem is causing financial difficulties.
- The taxpayer is facing immediate threat of adverse action
- The taxpayer has tried repeatedly to contact the IRS but no one has responded, or the IRS hasn't responded by the date promised.

Law students provide free representation to low-income taxpayers with federal tax disputes.
Assists low-income taxpayers in resolving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service. Handles tax cases at all stages, from clients under audit by the IRS, to cases before the U. S. Tax Court.

Assists Washington state residents who have a dispute with the Department of Revenue that is unable to be resolved through routine channels.
Assists Washington state residents who have a dispute with the Department of Revenue that is unable to be resolved through routine channels.
The Advocate:
- Can help you understand the options and procedures available to resolve your issue.
- Can serve as a mediator between you, the taxpayer, and the Department.
- Committed to helping you better understand your Rights and Responsibilities as a Washington state taxpayer.
The advocate cannot change applications of law or grant relief from taxes that are legally due.
We encourage you to work with Department of Revenue employees to resolve your tax liability issues.
