Assists individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities by managing their social security benefits based on the individual's best interest to ensure basic needs are met. Services include: paying bills; coordinating benefits, such as Social Security and DSHS; securing maximum benefit allotment; issuing spending money; reporting changes of income; and responding to financial crises as needed.

Supports the financial capability of individuals with disabilities by helping improve credit, reduce debt, gain access to appropriate financial services, and increase savings.   Program begins with a financial well-being assessment to reveal overall status of the client's finances. Financial assessments can be made over the phone.   Other plan components may include -  Benefits planning -  Financial Counseling -  Credit education -  Group financial education -  Individual progress tracking

Provides representative payee services for adults who receive Social Security funds and protective payee of cash grants provided by the DSHS. A referral is required from Social Security indicating Tri-Cities Residential Services as the Representative Payee. Services include: paying bills, coordinating benefits (such as Social Security and DSHS ), securing maximum benefit allotment, issuing spending money, reporting changes of income, and responding to financial crises as needed.
