Accepts service of process on corporations failing to maintain a registered agent or registered office address and on out-of-state residents involved in accidents on Washington highways. Corporations must register with the Secretary of State.  A nonprofit corporation, such as a religious, social, charitable or educational organization, must file two sets of Articles of Incorporation with the Corporations Division of the Secretary of State. The majority of organizations registered with the Secretary of State must pay an annual report fee and submit a list of officers and directors to the Corporations Division. For non-profit corporations there is no annual corporate license renewal fee but there is an annual report fee.   For information on their tax status, a non-profit business should contact the Internal Revenue Service.

Provides basic government services for residents of the city of Enumclaw.   Permits available include utility, building, special events and sign permits.  Passport applications are available.   Residents may pay water, sewer, garbage and gas bills to City Hall.  Most permit applications can be downloaded from the city's website. Accepts complaints about code violations such as property nuisances or illegal construction through an online form.

Provides basic government services for the city of Snoqualmie, including Police, Fire, Communications, Emergency Management, Building, Community Development, Planning and Public Works Departments. Residents can apply for building permits or pay city utility bills online.

The City Clerk provides general information about the City of Port Angeles to the public and provides the professional link and primary point-of-contact for the public and staff regarding City Council actions. The Clerk prepares and preserves the minutes for City Council. City ordinances, resolutions and other official City records are preserved by the Clerk along with the responsibility of codification of the Port Angeles Municipal Code.  Requests for public records are also the responsibility of the City Clerk. Supports consumer protection and public safety through licensing and regulation of vehicles, vessels, taxicabs, for-hire drivers, and hobby kennels.   The Licensing section has two primary work groups:   1. Taxi, For-hire and Transportation Network Companies (TNC) licensing:    Provides regulatory oversight and enforcement services over for -hire transportation industry which includes: -  Taxicabs (metered vehicles) -  For-hire- Flat rate (non-metered vehicles) -  TNC vehicles (Uber, Lyft, Wingz, etc. ) operating via smart phone applications   2. Vehicle and Vessel Licensing:   -  Issues vehicle and vessel certificates of ownership and registration -  Issues vehicle license number plates and vessel decals -  Collects licensing fees, excise taxes and other fees through a delegation of authority (contract) by the Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL)
