One of the main goals is for youth to be self-sufficient and independent; therefore, youth will be engaged in a very intensive, person-centered planning process in securing housing and learning skills.

One time financial assistance, and care coordination support to prevent or end housing instability. Funding could include rental assistance to prevent eviction, move-in assistance, travel fare, car maintenance, or other one-time assistance to resolve housing crisis.
