Provides daily sack breakfasts and lunches to school children in Bucoda during summer, winter, and spring school breaks. Operates a food pantry and government surplus food distribution site for Skagit Valley residents. Government commodities are distributed the first Monday of the month during regular food bank hours. Offers mobile delivery for those who are unable to visit due to age, disability or illness. Clients can request food that does not require cooking.

The market resembles a grocery store where shoppers may choose from displays stocked with healthy foods and non-grocery essentials. Many items are provided by local growers and grocers.
