Outpatient Clinics are part of the VA Portland Health Care System. All locations provide non-emergency primary care, laboratory services, and most sites offer mental health services. Other services vary by location. Veterans receiving care at other VA Medical Centers in Clark County and the State of Oregon can ask to transfer to another outpatient clinic.
