Eligibility
Children must be younger than age 18 to be registered. If case involves parental abduction, a certified copy of custody papers, notarized registration form and a photo of the missing child are required.

Description
Helps find missing and runaway children. Distributes photos of missing children to the media, companies and corporations. Offers a toll-free hotline and step-by-step counseling for searching parents. Resolves incidents of parental abduction through mediation. Also coordinates nationwide networking with law enforcement, state clearinghouse personnel, social service agencies and missing children agencies.
