Description
Provides 72 monthly opportunities that help individuals move forward on their wellness journey using traditional programs, support groups, and activities as well as non-traditional options such as "Gentle Yoga" and "Sacred Movement." Provides support groups, one-to-one peer counseling, workshops and classes, activities, a Day Room, Computer Lab, Clothing Bank, Information and Referral, a large Community Garden, and a variety of opportunities for participants to volunteer at the center. Programs and services use the "Peer Support Model." Has staff who are highly trained and educated peers, with their CPC Licensure (Certified Peer Support).
