Eligibility

Adults and adolescents with acute mental illness who cannot be stabilized in a less intensive outpatient setting but do not require 24-hour supervision.

Hours

24 hours daily.

Application process

Call for intake. Patients may enter this program directly from the community or as a transition from inpatient treatment.

Provides a group-oriented program for adults who requires an intensive program of support and structure but do not require 24-hour supervision. Focuses on education, skill development, relationships and transition. An Individual Treatment Plan is developed and managed for each patient using a multi-disciplinary treatment team including a psychiatrist, nurse and clinical therapist. Education and treatment of co-occurring disorder are available.
