Description

Assists qualifying families in building or repairing homes through a volunteer organization. The process includes a credit check and meeting income guidelines. An agreement is made to help build or repair the applicant's home as well as other Habitat homes.

Local families partner with Habitat by contributing sweat equity hours and committing to repay a low interest loan to build a new home or repair an existing home. Repairs are available throughout Jefferson County.
