Provides comprehensive family practice services, which include pediatrics, obstetrics, family medicine, diabetes education, behavioral health, immunizations Offers on-site laboratory and radiology service, and patients can fill prescriptions at the onsite pharmacies. Behavioral Health Integrates behavioral health as part of patient care teams. Focuses on improving health and behavioral health outcomes for patients with acute, chronic, or recurrent conditions. Assists patients with making appropriate referrals for more intensive behavioral health needs that may present.
