Services include acquiring insulin or diabetes supplies (injection supplies, home glucose monitoring systems, etc.), obtaining or renewing prescriptions, accessing health insurance or resolving issues with health insurance companies, peer support, and navigating diabetes resources. May provide limited financial assistance with copays and telehealth appointments to obtain prescriptions. Also accepts donation of diabetic supplies by connecting people with extra supplies to those in need in their area.
