Eligibility

- Single adults age 18 or older experiencing chronic homelessness in Thurston County - Income at or below 30% of Area Median Income - Individuals with sex offender status are not eligible - Housing is available to male, female, and gender non-conforming residents - Must meet Thurston County Housing Authority Section 8 eligibility criteria: - No convictions for manufacturing methamphetamine - No violent criminal convictions within the past 12 months

Housing is provided 24 hours daily. Coordinated Entry Line is open 24 hours daily.

Apply through the Housing Authority of Thurston County by calling. Referrals are coordinated through the local housing authority and related homelessness services.
