Description

Supports refugees and immigrants as they adjust to life in the United States through education, guidance, and community-based support. This program provides culturally responsive orientation and instruction on U.S. systems, social norms, and everyday expectations, including topics related to housing, employment, education, healthcare, and community engagement. Services may be offered through workshops, group discussions, and individualized support to help participants reduce culture shock, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for successful integration. The program is designed to promote self-sufficiency, informed decision-making, and connection to local resources while honoring participants' cultural backgrounds.
