Eligibility

- Single adult veterans experiencing chronic homelessness in Pierce County - Must have verified veteran status and not have received a bad conduct discharge - Must meet PCHA Section 8 eligibility criteria - Income at or below 50% of Area Median Income - Background check required for all accepted applicants - Individuals with sex offense convictions are not eligible - Individuals with violent crimes within the past 12 months are not eligible

Hours

Housing provided 24 hours daily. Coordinated Entry Line is open M-F, 9am-4pm.

Referrals are made through Coordinated Entry. Call to be screened. Enrollment does not guarantee referral or placement.

Description

Provides permanent supportive housing for single adult veterans experiencing homelessness through a small-cottage village model serving up to 35 residents. The program offers on-site supportive services within a recovery-focused, clean and sober living environment to promote long-term housing stability. Residents have access to shared community spaces. This village is exclusively for veterans in Pierce County.
