Eligibility
Individuals 18 and older diagnosed with pre-diabetes or are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes (per blood test).
Hours
M-F, 9am-5pm.

Variable cost for series; scholarships available. Cost covered by some insurance carriers and flexible spending account funds can be used to reimburse cost.

Description
Participants make healthy lifestyle changes to prevent Type 2 diabetes. Trained lifestyle coaches lead classes to help participants make better food choices, increase physical activity and learn coping skills to maintain weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes.
