Eligibility

Individuals 18 and older who have been diagnosed with prediabetes, or are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes.

M-F, 5am-9pm Sa, 8am-6pm Su, noon-5pm.

Application process

Participants can call, visit website or check class schedule in person to find out the start of the next class series. Register on site at the front desk or online.

Description

Class series helps participants adopt the healthy habits needed to prevent Type 2 diabetes.   Trained lifestyle coaches lead classes to help participants make better food choices, increase physical activity and learn coping skills to maintain weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes.
