Focus Population

Offers low-income customers assistance with their electric bill once per household every two years. Depending on income, customers may qualify for up to $250. Program is funded by Pend Oreille PUD customers and employees.
Grants are applied to customers’ accounts in the form of a credit. Grants will NOT cover reconnect fees, collection fees or deposit.
