Eligibility

Exclusively serving adults living in Permanent Support Housing (PSH) within the City of Seattle.

Hours

M-F, 9am-5pm. Screening: Th, 11am.

Application process

Individuals who are tenants of Permanent Supportive Housing within the City of Seattle may inquire about receiving SUD services from DESC through their respective PSH case manager.
