Mothers over the age of 18, giving birth to one baby (no twins or triplets etc. ) at the following participating hospitals:

- Madigan Army Medical Center

- Swedish Medical Center (Ballard, First Hill and Issaquah)
- CHI Franciscan
- St. Joseph's Medical Center
