Eligibility

Each Hopelink center serves a specific area. Household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level OR 50% of the Area Median Income.

M-F, 9am-5pm.

Call local Hopelink center for an appointment. This is a lottery style assistance program. But please keep calling to be put into the next lot.
