Those at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Only Thurston County residents are represented in court. RESIDENTS OF OTHER COUNTIES --- CALL SOUND LEGAL AID TO SEE IF LEGAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE. 360-705-8194. Free legal advice and representation for low-income households in unlawful detainer (eviction) proceedings in Thurston County. The Housing Justice Project legal advice clinic begins at 8:30am every Friday at the Thurston County Courthouse, Building 2. Clients on the Unlawful Detainer docket (eviction court hearing) must also arrive at 8:30am.
