Maintains a durable medical equipment Loan Closet (crutches, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, etc.) at no cost for short term usage. This service is open to anyone. Avista Utilities assistance is available at the beginning of each calendar year until grant funding run out. Clients can only receive one grant per calendar year.
