Description

The Parent Family Coalition is a group made up of families, siblings, foster parents, grandparents, kinships, individuals, guardians and other interested community members.  The Coalition provides information and education about legislative policies at the local, State and Federal level.  The Coalition disseminates information and teaches families about the social service system, resources in their community, and how their participation in their local community builds integration and inclusion of all people with developmental disabilities. Arc of Snohomish County

The Arc of Snohomish County a resource of first choice for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and their community in which they live regardless of the disability and at all stages of life. We provide advocacy and support services to individuals and families within Snohomish County.  The organizational structure consists of: 1) Connecting Families & Community Support; 2) Independent Living & Housing; and 3) Leadership & Advocacy. The programs at the Arc of Snohomish County are designed to foster inclusion and provide for self-reliance and self-advocacy for families of and individuals affected by developmental disabilities.
