Eligibility

Adults ages 18 and older with a substance use disorder as their primary diagnosis. Unable to accept patients with severe and/or persistent mental illness or physical health conditions that would require staff assistance. Individuals expected to experience withdrawal symptoms will be required to receive withdrawal management (detox) services prior to admission.

Provides a 28-day residential substance use disorder treatment program for adults. Offers medication assisted treatment such as methadone or Suboxone through partnerships with local providers. Coordinates a structured daily routine to allow clients to reestablish patterns of healthy living including
  • Education and treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • Healthy relaxation and stress reduction techniques such as Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation Training.
  • Weekly onsite 12-step meetings
  • Weekend educational family program
Works closely with clients to help secure clean and sober housing and set up outpatient aftercare treatment. Community partners assist with case management for clients after they have completed the program.
