From Spokane, go East on Interstate 90. Take the Argonne Exit. Go Right on Argonne crossing Sprague Avenue to Dishman-Mica Road. Go Left on 8th Avenue and Right on Raymond Road.

Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age or older and require 24 hour care. Services are only provided for private pay or with a DSHS referral.
