Anyone with an ostomy or anyone interested in ostomies or continent procedures such as medical professionals, relatives, friends, etc.

Fees

Membership fees: $25/year for local membership and publications. Membership is not required to attend meetings.

Description

Coordinates monthly support groups, including speakers and social/support programs, discussions on living with ostomies, continent procedures and other topics.   Support groups are in Wenatchee, Richland, Kirkland, Everett and Seattle.

Providing organization

Greater Seattle Ostomy Association

Provides information and support services for persons with ostomies and temporary ostomies. Monthly meetings provide emotional support for patients and their families. Distributes limited donated supplies (not all products are available) to those in need or wanting to try available products for colostomies, ileostomies, or urostomies.
