- Age 65 or older, blind or have a long-term medical condition that is likely to meet federal disability criteria. - Meet income and resource requirements. - Meet citizenship/alien status requirements. - Reside in Washington State.

Description

Provides a monthly cash grant, referral to the Housing and Essential Needs (HEN) program, help applying for federal SSI and Social Security Disability Insurance benefits, and case management and support. Monthly cash grant maximum is $450 for a single person or $570 for a married couple.
