Adults with substance use disorders who agree with the treatment plan. Accepts individuals on Suboxone, Sublocade and Vivitrol but not Methadone. Must provide a clean UA upon entry.

Operates multiple sober living homes in Clark County that provide a range of recovery support services as well as faith-based programming. Offers separate homes for men and women as well as limited space for children with recovering parents. Program lasts from 10 months to two years.
Some services are provided on-site; others are in collaboration with community partners. Structured daily schedule includes
