Connects residents, families, youth, businesses, and community partners through a range of place-based services and activities at the White Center HUB. Programs include early learning and childcare, Play & Learn, family resource and development services, youth programming and workforce opportunities, senior activities, community events and markets, cultural celebrations, and economic development initiatives that support local businesses and entrepreneurs. Together, these programs activate the HUB as a welcoming community space while advancing WCCDA’s broader mission of building equitable, connected, and resilient communities in White Center.
