Provides buprenorphine and naltrexone medications in an office based medical clinic setting. Induction typically occurs within 4-7 business days after initial phone contact. Counseling is not required to receive MOUD services. Program is primarily for Tribal members. However, non-tribal members can enroll if they are located in Kitsap County and if there is space open for new patients.

Suquamish Tribe
The Suquamish Tribe offers social services to enrolled Suquamish Native Americans and other enrolled Tribal Members living on the Port Madison Indian Reservation. Other programs include: a G.E.D. and other educational programs, employment readiness, commodities (food), and WIC (food vouchers for women and infants). The commodities and WIC services are available to non-Tribal Members. College assistance for Native American's only. Youth center, Chief Kitsap Academy and Head Start open to all persons.
