Eligibility
Income eligible military or Washington state residents, including working families; Pregnant women; Women who are breastfeeding a baby under 1 year of age; Women who have had a baby in the past six months; Parents, step-parents, single father, guardians and foster parents of infants and children under the age of 5 can apply for their children; Families on Medicaid, Basic Food and/or TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families).

Description
WIC is a education and nutrition program that supports pregnant women, new mothers and young children to eat well and learn about nutrition. Healthy foods, breastfeeding support and other services are provided to eligible families.
